DearRoot Auto-Refill Terms

When you sign up for a DearRoot subscription, you're enrolling in our auto-refill program. The terms below explain how it works and how you stay in control.

Ongoing Billing
Your subscription renews automatically. Each renewal triggers a charge to your payment method on file, and this continues for as long as your subscription remains active — no action is needed on your end to keep receiving your refills.

Billing Cycle & Pricing
Renewals occur every 30 days. The price you pay is the subscription price displayed at checkout, plus any shipping costs and taxes that apply to your order. If we ever change your subscription price, we'll notify you before your next renewal.

Cancellation Window
Want to skip or stop your next refill? Just make sure you cancel no later than 24 hours before your upcoming renewal date. Cancellations made after that cutoff will take effect for the following cycle instead.

Managing Your Subscription
Cancelling takes less than a minute, and there are no phone calls or hoops to jump through. Two options:

🔗 Self-service: Your confirmation e-mails contain a link to our customer portal where you can manage your subscription yourself.

✉️ Email us: support@dearroot.com — mention your full name and order number so we can sort it quickly.
